Because our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.
Order processing times
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, season, and Print Provider.
Shipping times
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- Standard shipping (U.S.): approximately 2–5 business days
- Economy shipping (U.S.): approximately 4–8 business days
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or issues outside our control.
Total estimated delivery time
For most U.S. orders, you can generally expect delivery within approximately 4–12 business days from the date the order is placed, depending on the product and shipping method selected. This estimate combines production time and transit time.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Free shipping is applied at checkout when the order subtotal qualifies. If multiple shipping methods are available, free shipping applies only to the qualifying shipping option offered at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is handed off to the carrier. Printify notes that tracking updates can take up to 5 business days to appear for domestic shipments after the order reaches “Ready to ship.”
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Printify also states that it does not validate addresses and that accurate shipping information is the customer’s responsibility.
Multiple items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and the Print Provider fulfilling them. Printify’s shipping and fulfillment may vary by product type and provider.
Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at simplymarked1@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help review the shipment status and next steps.
