At Simply Marked, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or variant selection, or general change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simplymarked1@gmail.com

Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns.
We only review return or refund requests for:
- items that arrive damaged
- items with a manufacturing defect
- items that are materially different from what was ordered
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect selections made at checkout.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if the request is received before production has started. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
